Gisbert Schulte-Bücker
CEO
Gisbert Schulte-Bücker was appointed CEO of the company for a term of five years by a resolution of the Supervisory Board on 12 May 2022.
He has a sole right of representation in all cases and is exempted from the restrictions of section 181 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in cases of multiple representation.
Gisbert Schulte-Bücker is additionally the managing director of the subsidiaries and affiliated companies energenta recycling solutions gmbh, SYSPLAST GmbH, WPO Grundstücks GmbH & Co. KG, Kunststoff Veredelung Gronau GmbH, energenta ersatzbrennstoffe gmbh, EMREC Grundstücks GmbH and energenta westfalen gmbh, to which he also contributes his 20 years of sound experience in company management, company development and company acquisition in the field of plastics recycling.
