After his apprenticeship as an engineering draughtsman, Wilfried Leuders (born in 1963; nationality: German) qualified as a certified mechanical engineering technician. In 2014 he and Karsten Stienemann set up KVG GmbH with its head office in Gronau in Germany’s Münsterland region. Since then he has been responsible for business operations in the company as the managing partner. As a specialist in technical engineering, he has over 30 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering in the plastics sector and recycling. In his previous role, he was responsible for numerous national and international projects in an eight-year stint as managing director at Maag Pump Systems.
